It is our aim to completely unburden Technex's customers in the field of Service and Maintenance of their installed base. Naturally, the manufacturer's specifications apply as a starting point and we work according to the principle of "an agreement is an agreement".
Technex offers an All-in service based on the specific wishes of the customer.
Our trained employees (with VCA diploma) support customers with the installation of equipment, but also carry out periodic/annual maintenance and calibration so that all equipment can be used reliably at all times.
Technex has its own Service department. Not only do they have knowledge of the equipment, but they also have technical information and full technical back-up from the manufacturer. All repairs are of course carried out with original components and with warranty. With the new service tools, quotations are automatically scheduled after your approval and invoiced after completion of the work. Technex's All-in service includes a number of elements.
Installation & Maintenance
In order to be able to make good use of your equipment immediately after your purchase, we not only help you with the installation, but also in setting up the software for your specific application. This means we are involved in the installation in your business process. We use our experience and that of the supplier to create the optimal work situation for you. Together with our sales department, we ensure good aftersales so that you can be satisfied with your purchase. Everything needs maintenance, and certainly with business-critical processes, we not only advise you on maintenance, but also on how you can ensure that you have as little downtime as possible. We usually perform periodic maintenance in combination with the calibration of your instrument.
Reliability and accuracy of your equipment is important. Of course, this always goes hand in hand with the proper functioning of your equipment and correct use. To guarantee this, we advise you to have a calibration carried out at least once a year or after moving your equipment. If your equipment no longer meets the requirements set by you, the standard or supplier, we can also adjust your equipment. Adjustment takes place with certified test equipment that can be traced back to the national standard. All our test equipment and calibrators are certified and accredited by recognized accreditation institutes. Thanks to our training and certification of the supplier, you know that adjustment also takes place correctly. After a calibration has been carried out, you will receive a digital report from us in which the results of the calibration are displayed. If desired, we can also process the registration number of your instrument in the certificate. If adjustment is no longer possible, we can advise you on the options available to you. This can often be several solutions.
Failures often occur at inopportune times and in order to provide you with the best possible service, you have the option to report your malfunction on our website 24 hours a day. With this form we ask you relevant questions that accelerate the processing speed. Based on our experience and the possibility to involve suppliers, you also have an influence on the speed of resolution. By answering these relevant questions, we can take action before we contact you. We remain available by telephone for malfunctions and if necessary an appointment can be made quickly with a technician.
Repairs are given priority at Technex, because we want your equipment to be operational as soon as possible and to be repaired with original parts according to the instructions of the supplier.
